The location of the lodge was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the waterways and the beach. We were surrounded by nature and got to see a variety of wildlife right on the lodge's grounds. The package deal offered by the lodge was a great value, including transport to and from the lodge as well as nature tours. It made our trip hassle-free and allowed us to fully enjoy the natural wonders of the area.- One of the best aspects of our stay was the helpful and friendly staff. They were always available to assist us and made our experience even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at Mawamba Lodge for 4 nights. The lodge is surrounded by nature and has beautiful grounds. The location is amazing, with easy access to the village by a short walk or a quick water taxi ride. The pool area, bar, and menu were all lovely, and the breakfast options were very good. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The individual lodge facilities had a rustic charm, but could benefit from a bit of modernization. The bed was comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. We hope to stay here again!

We had an incredible time at this hidden gem in Costa Rica. the location was awe-inspiring, surrounded by lush rainforest and abundant wildlife. Our room was comfortable and spotless, with breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. the service was exceptional, with friendly and knowledgeable staff always ready to assist us. the breakfast was delicious, providing a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the guided walking tours and small boat trips offered by the lodge, which allowed us to fully experience the beauty of the rainforest.

My stay at Mawamba Lodge was easily the best part of my 2 week vacation in Costa Rica. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful even before my arrival. They gave me a lot of advice on my itinerary. The cabins were clean and authentic, with a hammock to relax in. The boat tours were a really fun experience with knowledgeable guides who showed us a huge variety of animals. The location is stunning, the surroundings are fab, and the pool and common areas are really nice. The restaurant and bar staff were lovely and very attentive.

I recently stayed at Mawamba Lodge for a peaceful getaway. The location is perfect, with a lagoon on one side and the sea on the other. The rooms were cozy and the entire place exuded tranquility. I loved the outdoor seating areas and hammocks, perfect for finding a quiet spot. The food was simply magnificent, and I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The absence of WiFi and electrical devices in the room provided a great digital detox. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and refreshing, and I even spotted toucans and red frogs on the resort grounds. I would definitely stay again or recommend it to a friend.
